Udo’s 3•6•9 Oil Blend® is a certified organic blend* of carefully chosen, natural, unrefined seed oils with a pleasant, nutty, buttery taste, delivering a balanced 2:1:1 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 and omega-9 Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s) that are vital for life.

Udo’s Oil is fresh-pressed with great care in a state-of-the-art facility and protected from heat, light and oxygen, then bottled in dark glass rather than plastic.

Udo’s Oil is an immediate energy source that provides one of the richest vegetarian sources of omega-3, 6 and 9, antioxidants, phyto-nutrients, phytosterols, lauric acid, GLA, polyphenols and helps the body break down fats.

1-3 tablespoons daily, with meals will give you optimum benefit. Start with one tbsp per day and gradually increase to one tbsp for every 25kg of body weight per day. Shake gently before use; any cloudiness is natural. Keep refrigerated to ensure freshness. 

Ingredients: Organic flax seed oil, organic Sunflower seed oil, organic Sesame seed oil, organic Coconut oil, organic Evening primrose oil, organic Soy lecithin, organic oat germ and bran oil, mixed tocopherals.

Use & storage:  For optimal freshness keep refrigerated.  Do not heat to high temperatures or use for frying. May be added to warm food after it is cooked.  Once opened, consume within 8 weeks. Unopened bottles can be kept refrigerated for up to 6 months and for over two years in the freezer (oil shrinks when frozen; the glass bottle will not break).  Keep refrigerated between uses.
